Hello and a heartfelt welcome!
On “Playground for Life” you will find various posts on things that I’m passionate about and feel are important for a wholesome, conscious, playful life.
I cover topics that range from traveling and food, to inspirational books and ideas that I come across, products, people and services that have helped me on my journey and strongly believe they will help you too!
My educational background is in Psychology. I have studied it for 6 years and obtained a BA and MA in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling from the Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. In the last few years, taking an interest in education, human development and life-long-learning, I have been working in kindergartens, schools and foundations across Romania, Austria and USA. As a teacher, youth leader, instructional assistant and language facilitator. Traveling, reading and self-development have been constant companions all throughout this time.
I have also spent one wonderful year in (2010-2011), as an intern and languages teacher at Lernwerkstatt, a private school based on , Rebecca and Mauricio Wild educational methods. Living and working there has changed my life and views on education, teaching and in ways I could never have forseen beforehand.
I am very passionate about leading a high-consciousness, authentic life, finding inner peace and beauty in the day to day life, practicing gratefulness and inspiring others to do the same.
I hope you will join me on this journey with a playful spirit, an open mind and heart.
Now, a bit about the management of this blog:
All the ideas, thoughts and opinions expressed on this blog are mine and do no represent the opinions of the institution(s) that currently employ me. My life has been improved by others’ recommendations and suggestions, therefore I strongly believe that a good thing needs to be shared. If there are affiliate links or adds, I will let you know.
The comments unrelated to the content of the posts, that are rude or disrespectful, will not be approved. I do appreciate constructive criticism and I am sure that I need it, especially if it is well informed and well intentioned.
